MediaOne is looking for a professional responsible for managing the schedules and communications of key executives within their organization. This individual would provide full-time remote support for the Vice President of Brand Partnerships. The ideal candidate is able to foster a cooperative work environment, is well-organized, adaptable, able to meet deadlines, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure the executive staff can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. General Job Description

Work closely with Vice President of Brand Partnerships to ensure client success and seamless service for their book of business. Work with clients and internal facing communications to ensure excellence. Help execute insertion orders, proposals and assist with trade show and event strategies. Regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate materials (e.g. brochures, sales sheets, and presentations) to properly demonstrate products to clients. Work to make sure each order is processed and delivered to clients on time. Responsible for creating and overseeing file systems on OneDrive and Dropbox that securely store sales items, like records, reports, budgets and financial information.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Vice President of Brand Partnerships to provide tactical support for clients
  • Collect materials (ads, content, ) and coordinate larger projects with other internal departments
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales process
  • Suggest solutions in a timely manner
  • Send out monthly reporting and schedule status meetings on behalf of the VP; attend those meetings
  • Set objectives and KPIs
  • Set up and monitor sales processes and performance
  • Help build and curate client databases
  • Interface internally on behalf of clients
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
  • Be an active learner and stay up to date with the latest digital sales trends and best practices
  • Attend 2-3 tourism conferences each year
  • Curate and secure ad materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative position considered a plus
  • Destination Marketing or Meetings & Convention sales experience a plus.
  • Good computer skills (HubSpot, Smartsheet, Microsoft Office)
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English)
  • Tourism and hospitality experience a plus
  • Task-oriented team player with a high level of dedication
  • Must be based in the United States (Eastern Time Zone Preferred)
