Director of Operations

MediaOne would be lost without its Director of Operations Cynthia Reagan’s administrative and organizational magic. The level of accountability she brings to her projects and colleagues touches every department. Before joining MediaOne nearly six years ago, Cynthia had various project management, systems, team development, and event coordination roles in the nonprofit world.

Cynthia is currently working toward self-paced continuing education in accounting, human resources, project management, and business operations. Trustworthy, kind, and purpose-driven, Cynthia’s lifelong goal is to pass on the importance of faith and family to her grandchildren. More near-term, she strives to get fit and shed a few pesky pandemic pounds!

Outside of work, Cynthia reads medical journals, books on health and politics, and Garden & Gun magazine. On Saturday morning, you can find her creating pencil art, cycling, hanging out with her adult children, and cheering on ANY Vols team that happens to be playing.

To give back to her community, Cynthia teaches and mentors adolescents and supports the church at large, St. Jude, Erlanger Children’s Hospital, Northside Neighborhood House, and Choices Chattanooga, When it comes to pursuing her personal and professional goals: it’s “every day a little bit.”
