Digital Strategist

Meet Jay Howard, MediaOne’s newest Digital Strategist. Jay has spent the last eight years in marketing and advertising, using his expertise and innovative ideas to help clients reach their audiences effectively. He is certified in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Stack Adapt and excels at building and reporting on marketing campaigns. He brings a particular set of skills, including the determination to see a project through to the end. He says, “If I dive into a project big or small, I will ride with it until the bitter end to find something worthwhile to build from.”

Jay’s professional goal is to be remembered as someone who is enjoyable to be around and who always maintains a positive attitude. Jay’s coworkers and clients say he is collaborative, insightful, and enthusiastic.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Jay has unique personal goals. He hopes to master Adobe Premiere and create a 20-minute movie short. He also dreams of forging an authentic Scottish Claymore, or at least forging beautiful jewelry for his wife. It is no surprise then that the Song of Ice and Fire and Witcher series are among his favorite books. When he’s not working, Jay enjoys going on adventures with his wife and friends, exploring new trails, and seeing comedians, pro wrestling, and live music. He listens to Clutch, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Future Islands and podcasts such as Small Town Murder, Crime in Sports, and Hardcore History.

Jay is passionate about giving back to the community and supports local homeless shelters, such as the Family Life Restoration Center in Atlanta. Jay’s personal motto is from comedian George Carlin – “Don’t sweat the petty things, and don’t pet the sweaty things.” With his determination, expertise, and positive attitude, Jay is a valuable addition to the MediaOne team.
